ING Bank Appoints Leo Greve as Head of Global Capital Markets Group, Effective January 1, 2014

ING Bank N.V. appointed Leo Greve as head of a newly created global capital markets group, effective Jan. 1, 2014. The global capital markets group will house the bank's debt and equity businesses and will include high yield, project bond and financial institutions origination. Greve will continue to serve as global head of financial institutions event finance and advisory in addition to his new role. Philippe Follebouckt, head of debt capital markets at the bank, will act as senior adviser to Greve and will continue as head of financial markets for Belgium.
