China Distance Education Holdings Limited announced that the company is extending its cooperation with Eleutian Technology Inc. As part of the agreement, Eleutian will provide CDEL's students access to TeachCast with Oxford, an innovative English language teaching service jointly developed by Oxford University Press and Eleutian in 2012. TeachCast with Oxford is based on two of Oxford's most successful courses: Let's Go, which has provided English language learning content to over 26 million children world-wide; and Business Venture, an acclaimed business English Learning program for adults. Such contents are supported by Eleutian's live interactive lessons, TeachCast, taught by its team of highly qualified, US-certified teachers via CDEL's open platform.

China Distance Education Holdings Limited and Eleutian Technology, LLC announced the signing of an agreement to deliver English learning programs to students in mainland China. As part of the agreement, Eleutian will provide CDEL's students in China with access to its SpeakENG program, which combines live online English lessons delivered by video-conferencing between students and U.S certified school teachers, with world class online content, including Pearson's English Language Learning and Instruction System (ELLIS). This evidence-based program covers all levels of student fluency and is the recognized 'gold standard' ESL/EFL teaching solution throughout the world. CDEL students will be serviced by Eleutian's team of more than 500 certified American teachers. With over 1,300 hours of instruction, Eleutian's SpeakENG program combines digital audio and video, voice recording, role-play, and native language support to create an engaging environment for every level of English language training. When combined with regular, one-on-one video sessions with a certified English speaking teacher, student motivation and engagement levels are high.

Eleutian Technology, LLC signed a memorandum of understanding with Ambow Education Holding Ltd. to deliver blended English learning programs to Ambow’s students. With 234,000 students in enrollment in 2011 across China, Ambow will be a valued partner in increasing Eleutian’s presence in the China market. Ambow and Eleutian will work to provide Chinese students with live online English lessons 12-hours a day. These students will be serviced by Eleutian’s team of more than 700 certified American teachers. Eleutian will utilize their professional US certified foreign teachers’ service and web based blended learning platform to offer students effective spoken English training. The strategic partnership represents new growth opportunity for Eleutian in the $46 billion dollar Chinese education market. Through the courses, students can earn a variety of technical certifications from companies like Microsoft, Apple, and Cisco. Eleutian will work with the school administrators to design supplementary English courses that will help these students learn the language skills necessary to be successful in a multinational corporation.
