RCA and Broadview Networks Deliver New Hosted Communications Service in Business Superstores Nationwide

Broadview Networks has joined with RCA, to roll out a new hosted communications service specifically designed for small and home-based businesses. The RCA IP Phone Service is powered by Broadview Networks. The new service was designed to provide small companies with next-generation phones and features to optimize their businesses' performance. It is the first service from Broadview to be available in retail stores. The new RCA IP Phone Service is simple to set up and manage and provides the mobility and flexibility needed to successfully operate a small business in world. This new offering will provide small businesses with many features formerly reserved for large, proprietary PBX systems, while saving them as much as 50% compared to their traditional phone service. The system is also completely customizable and scalable for companies with multiple offices and changing business needs. By moving all the features of the phone system to the RCA-hosted service, companies can easily set up remote locations and offer direct-extension dialing to an employee's home office. The RCA small business phone system offers the following features: Digital IP phones; Broadview's award-winning, cloud-based phone service; Unlimited long distance to the U.S. and Canada; Web-enabled voicemail; Direct dialing to extensions; Music on hold; Call transfer; Digital receptionist (auto attendant); Call groups; Full-duplex speakerphone; "Do not disturb" option; VIP ringtones; 3-way call conferencing; Call forwarding; Caller ID with name; and Disaster avoidance features. The RCA IP Business Phone Service is initially available in 300 OfficeMax stores nationwide with over 2,000 additional retail locations planned for later this year. The service starts at $19.95 a month and comes with a customer satisfaction guarantee.
