Shutterfly Inc. has sued Eastman Kodak Co. alleged that it has violated a 2012 sale agreement under which Shutterfly purchased Kodak's online photo service business for $23.8 million. Shutterfly on March 22 filed its complaint against Kodak in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan. The lawsuit also names Kodak Imaging Network Inc. as a defendant. The complaint alleges one count of breach of contract and seeks an injunction barring Kodak from further violating their deal. The action also seeks an award of prejudgment interest.

Customers can start their calendar at the month of their choosing and also have the option to select the 12 or 18 month format.
