The company's seven-year first lien is now $605 million, increased from $575 million. Pricing on this tranche tightened to Libor plus 350 bps from Libor plus 400. The OID of 99.5 and Libor floor of 1.25% remain unchanged. The 7.5-year second lien decreased to $185 million from $215 million; it will price at Libor plus 700 bps, instead of Libor plus 750. The OID of 98 and 1.5% Libor floor remain unchanged. JPMorgan arranged the debt. The facility also includes a $50 million revolver.
