Adiabatic Logic Limited Delivers on Second Development Contract with Xaar plc

Adiabatic Logic Limited has successfully completed a second key mixed signal ASIC development contract with the Xaar plc to enhance the performance of its printheads. Adiabatic Logic was contracted to optimise the performance of Xaar’s state–of-the-art piezoelectric inkjet printheads, by providing a range of advanced piezo-driver silicon devices. The new driver devices, which are being manufactured on a specialised high voltage CMOS process, have performed extremely well with Xaar’s advanced printhead architecture, according to the company. The first parts are already being used in production, whilst other variants are being prepared to enter production.
