As of December 31, 2013, DriveTime Automotive Group, Inc. owned and operated 110 dealerships and 20 reconditioning facilities located in 50 geographic regions in 20 states. The company, formerly known as Ugly Duckling Corporation, was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
