Braden Technologies, Inc. completed the reverse acquisition of Lincoln Gold Corp. in March 2004, whereby approximately 67.80% outstanding common stock of Braden Technologies was owned by the former shareholders of Lincoln Gold. Prior to the reverse acquisition, Braden Technologies, Inc. was in the exploration stage, and was engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mining properties in Canada. The company was organized as a Nevada corporation in February 1999 and has principal offices in Vancouver, Canada.
