Post Office Ltd. signed a contract with DX Group to enable DX's customers to collect items from Post Office branches that could not be delivered. As a fixed contract charge, Post Office will also receive a fee from DX for every item delivered to one of its branches. The Post Office Collect service enables mail and packets that could not be delivered first time, either because the item was too big to go through the letterbox or required a signature, to be taken to a local Post Office branch where the item can be collected at the customer's convenience.
