As Under Secretary of Defense for Policy from May 2012 to January 2014, he served as the principal civilian advisor to the Secretary of Defense on strategy, policy, and operations, and as the Defense Department's deputy in the National Security Council process for policy development and crisis management.

The Advisory Board members will lend their vision, range of experience, and extensive expertise in the commercial and federal technology space to Endgame's leadership as the company continues to develop solutions that address a wide array of security problems for its federal and commercial customers. Endgame Advisory Board members include: Peter Bloom is an Advisory Director for General Atlantic LLC. He served as a Managing Director of GA for 15 years before retiring in 2010. Shelley Leibowitz served as the first Group-wide Chief Information Officer at the World Bank. In this role, she was responsible for the technology services and capabilities that underlie the work of delivering quality knowledge and financing products to the Bank Group's clients across the globe. The Honorable Arthur L. Money served as the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence from 1999 to 2001. Alan Wade retired from federal service at the end of 2005 after a thirty-five year career in the Central Intelligence Agency.
