Environ International Corporation has announced the appointment of Jose Fernandez as President of the firm's European Division and Alan Dow as European Division Operations Director. As President, Mr. Fernandez will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, development and strategic focus of the European Division. Mr. Dow will be responsible for the day-to-day operations management, and will serve as Chair of the European Management Group. Mr. Fernandez has served as the Managing Director of Environ's operations in France for the past seven years and has also served on the Environ Board of Directors. Mr. Dow has served as Chair of the European Management Group and as UK Managing Principal/Chair of the UK Senior Management Group.

Rentech Enlists Environ to Assist with Permitting Process for Rialto Project

Rentech Inc. has engaged Environ International Corporation to act as its consultant and contractor for the permitting process for its proposed Rialto Renewable Energy Center (Rialto Project) based in Rialto, California. Environ will assist in preparing applications for permits necessary to construct and operate the Rialto Project and also perform technical studies for the environmental documents needed to satisfy the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
