Mittal of the Ispat Group, and in a separate agreement, a merger with acquavit, Inc., an Internet incubator whose management Neeraj Bhargava, Rajesh Jog and Sandeep Singhal are now partners at the company. eVentures India focuses on Indian startup with high growth potential, India-centric or India leveraged businesses, in the Internet and new media industries.
