Digital Chocolate, Inc. reported that Trip Hawkins has stepped down as CEO. Trip reported that he is transitioning now into a consulting and advisory relationship with the company. He added that the company is narrowing its focus and it made sense to get more streamlined. The company's president Marc Metis will step in as interim CEO.
