InVisage Technologies Inc. announced that it has added two prominent and respected industry executives to lead the engineering and manufacturing efforts for its QuantumFilm(TM) sensors. Joining InVisage are David Boisvert as vice president of engineering and Robin Cheung as vice president of materials and manufacturing. Boisvert brings more than 25 years experience in mixed-signal CMOS design to his new role at InVisage. Previously, he founded the analog signal-processing group at Eastman Kodak and served as a design director for Texas Instruments. Cheung joins InVisage from Qs Semiconductor, where he served as vice president of technology. His career spans more than 30 years in all phases of semiconductor production, and includes leadership positions at Unity Semiconductor, Applied Materials, AMD and American Microsystems.

InVisage Technologies Inc. Appoints Syrus Madavi as New Chairman of the Board

InVisage Technologies Inc. has appointed Syrus Madavi as new chairman of the board. In addition to his position as chairman of InVisage, Madavi is president of SPM Capital. He has also served on boards of public and private companies including Burr-Brown Corp., JDS Uniphase, ON Semiconductor, Centilium Communications, Metalink Inc, and Coreoptics. Currently, he serves as chairman of Akros Silicon Inc. and is a member of the board of directors of Exalt Communications.
