NEWSEEK Poland, published by Ringier Axel Springer Poland has appointed Tomasz Lis, 46, as new editor-in chief. He succeeds Wojciech Maziarski, 52, who is leaving the company. Tomas Lis has worked as editor-in-chief for the Polish weekly Wprost over the last two years.

RTL Group SA is in discussions to acquire a stake in Pink International Company (TV Pink), Telegraf reported, citing Zeljko Mitrovic, TV Pink’s owner. Other potential buyers include Ringier Axel Springer Media AG and Mid Europa Partners LLP, according to the report.

Ringier Axel Springer Media AG and Bonnier AB, who have submitted separate bids in February to acquire Delo D.D., have decided to make a joint takeover bid. Pivovarna Lasko DD, parent of Delo, expects two more bids.
