OAO Mosteleset Key Developments
The Moscow city government is planning to sell 26% stake in OAO Mosteleset at a privatization auction on May 12, 2012 at a starting price of RUB 1.8 billion, Russian Auction House said on its web site. The sale will be of 1.74 billion of Mosteleset’s common shares. The bid increment is RUB 90 million.
The Moscow authorities intend to include a total of 11 Shareholders' bodies to the list of property subject to privatization in 2011 to 2013. Some of the entities added in the list are Hotel Company, Hotel Hilton Leningradskay,a Fabrika-Prachechnaya No. 11 and Mosteleset. Moscow authorities are planning to divest Hotel Company, according to a statement from Natalya Sergunina, Deputy Mayor and head of the city property department.
