The CSE Council decided, pursuant to Article 178(1) of the CSE Law and in agreement with the SEC. to delist the titles of G&K Exclusive Fashions Public Company Limited from the Cyprus Stock Exchange, in view of the fact that they no longer satisfy the conditions of proper functioning of the stock market on the Company's titles as well as that the Company does not comply with the necessary guarantees for the protection of the investors, pursuant to Paragraph 3.1.1 (i) of the CSE Regulatory Decision 326/2009 (as amended). It is noted that the titles will be delisted from the CSE trading system on June 28, 2012.

G&K Exclusive Fashions Public Company Limited reported preliminary indicative earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2011. For the year, the company reported loss before taxation of €260,395 against €3,511,072 a year ago. Loss attributable to shareholders of parent company was €260,395 against €3,506,967 a year ago. Loss per share was 3.89 cents against 52.37 cents a year ago.
