SAC Re Holdings, Ltd. announced that Kathleen Reardon joined as chief underwriting officer for property and will establish the property reinsurance business. She previously served as chief underwriting officer international at ACE Tempest Re Bermuda, where she headed its international property reinsurance business. Tim Duffin joined as senior vice president and underwriter for the property business. He previously served as a property reinsurance underwriter for Platinum Underwriters Bermuda Ltd. Vanessa Hardy Pickering has joined as group controller from Ariel Re Bermuda Ltd., where she served as senior vice president and controller. Susan Smith joined SAC Re on October 1, as senior risk analyst from Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd.
