OAO Komienergo Completes Construction of Sokolovka-Pazhga 110 KV Line

OAO Komienergo has completed construction of Sokolovka-Pazhga 110 kV line. Sokolovka-Pazhga 110 kV line has become the first double section on polyhedral poles within the framework of a large-scale investment project. The project has priority importance regionally and is included in the Komi Republic Power Industry Development Program for 2011–2015. RUB 125 million were allocated for construction of the 25 km long Sokolovka-Pazhga section. The line consists of 139 poles– 19 anchor (lattice) and 120 polyhedral ones. For 2014 works are planned for extension of Sokolovka and Pazhga substations, and then one will proceed with the line construction. All in all, implementation of investment project Syktyvkar Timber Processing Complex CHP – Vizinga substation 110 kV overhead lines is scheduled for the period till 2015.

In the first half 2011 OAO Komienergo allocated RUB 379 million to develop power supply network in republic of Komi.

OAO Komienergo to Invest RUB 36.5 Million for Implementation of Investment Project

OAO Komienergo announced that in 2011, the company plans to spend for the implementation of investment project RUB 36.5 million. Company started the reconstruction of electric distribution networks 10 kV in the central part of the capital of the Komi Republic. The implementation of the project will improve the reliability of power supply to existing customers and will provide an opportunity to connect new sites. Distribution networks, providing power supply to the socially important facilities, financial and governmental institutions, residential buildings in Syktyvkar are overloaded. In fact, there is no possibility to connect the new housing under construction. Company plans to solve this problem during 2011-2013. Until the end of 2011 will be renovated 0.5 km of overhead power line 10 kV, will be laid four cable lines 10 kV total length of 2.6 km. There also will be reconstructed equipment at the substation 110/10 kV "Yughnaya”. Currently under construction are cable lines in the streets Kuratova, Garagnaya, and the October Avenue. At present, the amount of work performed under the investment project is 15%.
