99Bill Corporation signed strategic cooperation agreements with 8 Chinese banks. The 8 banks include Agricultural Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, China Minsheng Bank, China Guangfa Bank and Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank. According to these agreements, the banks will conduct further cooperation with 99Bill based on current payment businesses. International Payment Solutions (Shanghai) Limited (IPS) is preparing to launch an initial public offering sometime in 2013.
