Agglo Recovery, Inc. was established in 1989 to develop recycling technologies for organic and inorganic hazardous wastes and to manufacture value-added and "green" products. Currently, Agglo has a joint venture with Chem-King Inc., a division of Philip Environmental, which has been recycling hazardous organic wastes from Ontario's Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) market. Two products are produced from the wastes that are used in the cement industry: Granulite (TM), a silicate material, and a hydrocarbon byproduct used as a fuel. Agglo is located in Rexdale, Ontario.
