Jenne Inc. announced it has signed a distribution agreement with 911 ETC. Under the terms of the agreement, Jenne will distribute 911 ETC's solutions as the E911 piece to its IP telephony and unified communications solutions portfolio. Jenne and 911 ETC will jointly promote 911 ETC's E911 solutions to Jenne's resellers, including to partners designing and deploying Avaya-based IP telephony and unified communications solutions. With 911 ETC's solutions installed, customers can gain the peace of mind knowing they are protecting their employees.
911 ETC, Inc. announced that its portfolio of E911 solutions will be sold through Avaya through the Avaya Select Product Program. The Avaya Select Product Program offers customers a streamlined way to order Avaya-compatible, third-party applications chosen for the powerful capabilities they bring to Avaya's portfolio. 911 ETC solutions offered through the program have been compliance-tested for interoperability with Avaya Aura Communication Manager and Session Manager. By integrating with an Avaya platform, companies are able to seamlessly implement and maintain a fully hosted and managed E911 solution that meets state legislation requirements. As part of Avaya's orderable solution set, 911 ETC solutions can be easily purchased through both Avaya and its distributors. Customers can add specific capabilities to their existing Avaya platform or can source a complete Avaya-based communications solution that incorporates an end-to-end E911 solution. 911 ETC and other companies participating in the Select Product Program are Technology Partners in Avaya DevConnect -- an initiative fostering innovative, third-party solutions compliance-tested by Avaya engineers. As a result, businesses can confidently add important new capabilities to their network. Streamlined ordering through the Avaya Select Product Program is available in the U.S. initially, and expected to expand globally during 2012. Delivery, implementation, service and support are provided by Select Product Program companies.
