The Minister of Treasury has invited to participate in the auction 25.5% stake (367,177 shares) in Zaklady Naprawcze Taboru Kolejowego W Olesnicy SA (ZNTK Olesnica). The auction applications should be submitted by November 7, 2012 and the auction will be held on November 12. The starting price for the stake is PLN 1,645,000 and for each share is PLN 4.48. The minimum bid increment for the stake is PLN 8,225. The fee for the Company Memorandum is PLN 100 and should be paid to the Cashier (room 372) of the Division of General Accounting and Reporting of the Department of Budget and Finance at the Ministry of Treasury or to the account of the Ministry of Treasury held with the National Bank of Poland, Branch in Warsaw, account no. 33 1010 1010 0025 1222 3100 0000. A bid security of PN 164,500 should be paid by bank transfer to the account of the Ministry of Treasury held with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego S.A., Branch No. 1 in Warsaw, account no.13 1130 1017 0019 9426 2520 0007, by November 12, 2012.

The Minister of Treasury intends to hold an auction for 367 177 ordinary bearer shares of "A" series, constituting 25.5% stake, in Zaklady Naprawcze Taboru Kolejowego W Olesnicy SA. The last date to submit the offers is November 7, 2011 and the auction will be held on November 10, 2011 at 12:00 noon, room 116 in the Ministry of Treasury, Warsaw, ul. Krucza 36/Wspólna 6. The starting price for the block of 367 177 Shares is PLN 1 799 167.3 and the starting price for one share is PLN 4.9. The minimal bid increment for the entire block is PLN 10 000. For making the bids, the interested parties should approach the Ministry of Treasury, room 513, on working days from October 12, 2011 until November 7, 2011, between 12.00 noon and 2.00 pm. The fee for the Company Memorandum is PLN 100 and is to be paid to Anna Dobrzynska, room 513. A bid security of PLN 179 000, which constitutes 10% of the starting price, is to be paid by bank transfer to the account of the Ministry of Treasury held with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Branch in Warsaw at the account no. 13 1130 1017 0019 9426 2520 0007, by November 7, 2011. The Share Purchase Agreement will be concluded with the highest bidder within 7 working days from the date of payment of the full purchase price. Full payment for the Shares must be made within two weeks of announcing the highest bidder. The Share Purchase Agreement will be concluded at the Ministry of Treasury, address: ul. Krucza 36/Wspólna 6, 00-522 Warsaw, after the full payment for the shares has been confirmed by the organizational unit responsible for the budget and finance. The winning bid will take place upon signing the Share Purchase Agreement.
