Ron Thomas, a 26-year construction industry veteran, has been named president and chief operating officer of T H S Constructors, Inc. He will be responsible for overall direction of the company, including operations, preconstruction, sales and marketing. Previously he had served as executive vice president of operations. Thomas will provide senior leadership and will continue to serve as the primary liaison among the owner, designer, other specialty consultants, and THS Constructors. Tim Lovin has been appointed senior vice president and will lead the company's office in Sanford, N.C. A North Carolina native, he has more than 25 years of experience working with clients in the state, assisting them in the design and construction of a wide range of commercial and industrial projects.

T H S Constructors, Inc. declared that it has appointed Andy Hall as Vice President of preconstruction services for Greenville. In his new role, Hall will be responsible for partnering with property owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors in determining building requirements and costs associated with design and construction. Hall holds experience in scheduling, contract negotiations, quality assurance, engineering and requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
