Intelligent Decisions, Inc. announced that Peter Brady has been named vice president, Department of Defense and Department of State Programs. Mr. Brady brings with him more than 26 years of experience managing international telecommunications for the DoD and other federal government agencies. In his new role, Mr. Brady will be responsible for leading DoD and DoS programs at Intelligent Decisions, expanding the company's business, increasing penetration into these critical markets, and leading development of the security, cloud, and mobility solutions to meet DoD and DoS mission priorities. Prior to his role at Intelligent Decisions, Mr. Brady served as the executive director, business development lead for enterprise IT at ManTech International. A retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army, Mr. Brady has supported government through his military service and work in the United States, Germany and Japan and additionally served in combat operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and Bosnia. He previously served as chief of operations for DISA Europe and within the private sector at Oceus Networks, Merlin International, Cisco Systems and Sprint Corporation.
Intelligent Decisions, Inc. announced that it has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) worth nearly $32 million in support of the U.S. General Services Administration's (GSA) National Information Technology Commodity Program (NITCP), contract number GS-26F-AA002. Under the contract, ID will provide computer tablets and accessories. The GSA's Integrated Technology Services launched the NITCP with a mission of procuring IT commodities and additional services for federal, state and local governments using innovative solutions. The goal is to provide the government with a fast and effective way to order IT commodities at sharply discounted prices with prompt, cost-effective delivery and effective customer service.
Intelligent Decisions, Inc. won a $775 million federal contract from the U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., for computer equipment to include laptops, desktops, servers and workstations.
