AEG Digital Media, LLC facilities and video optimization services in the digital media industry joined forces with Akamai Technologies, Inc. for helping enterprises provide secure, high-performing user experiences on any device, anywhere, to deliver The Recording Academy(R) 's upcoming GRAMMY(R) Live online broadcast experience. Throughout the GRAMMYs and all GRAMMY-related events, The Recording Academy will be using AEG Digital Media's multi-angle Tremolo Player, to create a multifaceted and engaging experience for fans watching the GRAMMYs from any screen, giving them the best in online streaming while delivering a skip and buffer-free end user experience. In addition, AEG DM will provide a quick-turnaround VOD, as well as advanced audience analytics. Designed to ensure viewers enjoy watching the highest possible quality video on any device, The Recording Academy will stream GRAMMY Live content over Akamai's Sola Sphere global media storage and delivery platform. Part of Akamai's Sola Media Solutions, Sola Sphere can overcome the challenges of delivering video across the world's wide variety of fixed and mobile network types and varying connection speeds.
AEG Digital Media, LLC was selected to provide live streaming and encoding services for the keynote addresses at the Adobe(R) MAX 2011 Conference. MAX is Adobe's annual global conference for forward-thinking designers, developers and business leaders. Ben Rolling, Vice President of Development for AEGDM, will also be a featured speaker at the event. Held at the Los Angeles Convention Center and AEGDM's Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE facility, Adobe MAX will run from Oct. 1-5, 2011. The live stream will be available at max.adobe.com beginning Monday, Oct. 3, 2011.
