The%20shareholders%20of%20African%20Bank%20Investments%20Ltd.%20%28JSE%3AABL%29%20authorized%20a%20share%20repurchase%20program%20at%20its%20Annual%20General%20Meeting%20on%20February%205%2C%202013.%20Under%20the%20plan%2C%20the%20company%20will%20repurchase%20up%20to%2010%25%20of%20its%20issued%20share%20capital.%20The%20number%20of%20shares%20acquired%20by%20subsidiaries%20of%20the%20company%20shall%20not%20exceed%203%25%20in%20the%20aggregate%20of%20the%20number%20of%20issued%20shares%20in%20the%20company%20at%20the%20relevant%20times.%20Repurchases%20may%20not%20be%20made%20at%20a%20price%20more%20than%2010%25%20above%20the%20weighted%20average%20of%20the%20market%20value%20on%20the%20JSE%20for%20the%20five%20business%20days%20immediately%20preceding%20the%20repurchase.%20Repurchases%20may%20not%20take%20place%20during%20a%20prohibited%20period%20unless%20a%20repurchase%20program%20is%20in%20place%20and%20full%20details%20thereof%20announced%20on%20SENS%20prior%20to%20commencement%20of%20the%20prohibited%20period.%20Repurchases%20may%20only%20take%20place%20if%2C%20after%20such%20repurchase%2C%20the%20shareholder%20spread%20of%20the%20company%20still%20complies%20with%20Listings%20Requirements%20of%20the%20JSE.%20Also%2C%20at%20any%20point%20in%20time%2C%20the%20company%20may%20only%20appoint%20one%20agent%20to%20effect%20repurchases%20on%20its%20behalf.%20After%20the%20company%20has%20acquired%20shares%20which%20constitute%2C%20on%20a%20cumulative%20basis%2C%203%25%20of%20the%20number%20of%20shares%20in%20issue%2C%20the%20company%20shall%20publish%20an%20announcement%20to%20such%20effect%2C%20or%20any%20other%20announcements%20that%20may%20be%20required%20in%20such%20regard%20in%20terms%20of%20the%20Listings%20Requirements%20of%20the%20JSE%20which%20may%20be%20applicable%20from%20time%20to%20time.%20The%20group%20will%2C%20prior%20to%20undertaking%20an%20acquisition%2C%20obtain%20a%20working%20capital%20letter%20from%20its%20sponsor.%20The%20plan%20will%20expire%20at%20the%20conclusion%20of%20the%20next%20Annual%20General%20Meeting%20of%20the%20company%20or%20after%2015%20months%2C%20whichever%20is%20earlier.
