The%20Board%20of%20Directors%20of%20Fossil%2C%20Inc.%20%28NasdaqGS%3AFOSL%29%20authorized%20a%20share%20repurchase%20program%20on%20December%205%2C%202012.%20Under%20the%20program%2C%20the%20company%20will%20repurchase%20up%20to%20%241%20billion%20of%20its%20shares%20of%20common%20stock%20from%20time%20to%20time%2C%20depending%20on%20market%20conditions%2C%20share%20price%20and%20other%20factors.%20The%20repurchases%20may%20be%20made%20on%20the%20open%20market%2C%20in%20block%20trades%20or%20otherwise.%20The%20company%20believes%20that%20the%20strong%20balance%20sheet%20and%20future%20cash%20flows%20will%20be%20sufficient%20to%20fund%20this%20program%20as%20well%20as%20future%20investments%20to%20support%20the%20long-term%20growth%20objectives.%20The%20company%20believes%20that%20the%20program%20support%20the%20strategy%20of%20rewarding%20stockholders%20while%20allowing%20them%2C%20the%20operational%20flexibility%20to%20invest%20appropriately%20in%20the%20global%20business.%20The%20company%20will%20make%20purchases%20from%20time%20to%20time%2C%20depending%20on%20market%20conditions%2C%20share%20price%20and%20other%20factors.%20The%20program%20may%20be%20suspended%20or%20discontinued%20at%20any%20time.%20The%20program%20will%20expire%20on%20December%2031%2C%202016.%20As%20of%20November%202%2C%202012%2C%20Fossil%20had%20approximately%2060%2C021%2C257%20common%20shares%20outstanding.%20As%20of%20March%2030%2C%202013%2C%20the%20company%20has%20repurchased%20200%2C000%20shares%20representing%20.33%25%20of%20shares%20for%20%2418%20million
