The%20shareholders%20of%20PSA%20Peugeot%20Citroen%20%28ENXTPA%3AUG%29%20authorized%20a%20share%20repurchase%20program%20at%20its%20Annual%20General%20Meeting%20on%20April%2024%2C%202013.%20Under%20the%20program%2C%20the%20company%20will%20repurchase%20up%20to%20%2022%2C696%2C271%20shares%2C%20representing%206.4%25%20of%20its%20share%20capital%20such%20that%20its%20holding%20in%20treasury%20does%20not%20exceed%2010%25%20of%20its%20share%20capital%2C%20at%20a%20maximum%20purchase%20price%20of%20%u20AC15%20per%20share%20for%20a%20maximum%20cost%20of%20%u20AC340.44%20million.%20The%20shares%20will%20be%20repurchased%20by%20any%20appropriate%20method%2C%20on%20or%20off-market.%20The%20shares%20repurchased%20will%20be%20cancelled.%20The%20program%20could%20be%20used%20to%20repurchase%20shares%20for%20decrease%20of%20the%20share%20capital%2C%20for%20the%20hedging%20of%20stock%20options%2C%20for%20attribution%20of%20the%20performance%20share%20plans%3B%20for%20the%20transfer%20or%20attribution%20of%20shares%20under%20employee%20savings%20plan%3B%20for%20allocation%20on%20redemption%2C%20conversion%20or%20exercise%20of%20securities%20carrying%20rights%20to%20shares%2C%20to%20maintain%20a%20liquid%20market%20in%20the%20company%u2019s%20shares%20through%20market-making%20transactions%20carried%20out%20by%20an%20independent%20investment%20services%20provider%2C%20or%20for%20remittance%20in%20connection%20with%20any%20acquisitions%2C%20mergers%2C%20demergers%20or%20capital%20contributions.%20The%20program%20could%20be%20implemented%20at%20any%20time%2C%20except%20during%20a%20takeover%20bid%20on%20the%20company%u2019s%20share%20capital.%20The%20shares%20will%20be%20repurchased%20pursuant%20to%20Article%20L.%20225-209%20of%20the%20French%20Commercial%20Code%20and%20the%20rules%20issued%20by%20the%20French%20securities%20regulator%2C%20Autorit%E9%20des%20March%E9s%20Financiers%20%28AMF%29.%20The%20program%20will%20be%20valid%20for%2018%20months%20till%20November%2030%2C%202014.%20As%20of%20March%2012%2C%202013%2C%20the%20company%20has%2012%2C788%2C628%20shares%20in%20treasury%2C%20representing%203.6%25%20of%20the%20share%20capital.
