The%20shareholders%20of%20Reckitt%20Benckiser%20Group%20plc%20%28LSE%3ARB.%29%20authorized%20a%20share%20repurchase%20program%20at%20its%20Annual%20General%20Meeting%20on%20May%202%2C%202013.%20Under%20the%20plan%2C%20Reckitt%20will%20repurchase%20up%20to%2073%2C000%2C000%20shares%2C%20representing%209.94%25%20of%20its%20ordinary%20shares%20as%20of%20March%208%2C%202013.%20The%20minimum%20price%20which%20may%20be%20paid%20for%20an%20ordinary%20share%20is%2010p%2C%20exclusive%20of%20expenses.%20The%20maximum%20price%20at%20which%20ordinary%20shares%20may%20be%20purchased%20is%20an%20amount%20equal%20to%20the%20higher%20of%2C%20either%205%25%20above%20the%20average%20of%20the%20middle%20market%20quotations%20for%20the%20ordinary%20shares%20as%20taken%20from%20the%20London%20Stock%20Exchange%20Daily%20Official%20List%20for%20the%20five%20business%20days%20preceding%20the%20date%20of%20purchase%2C%20or%20that%20stipulated%20by%20article%205%281%29%20of%20the%20EU%20Buyback%20and%20Stabilization%20Regulations%202003%20%28No.%202273/2003%29.%20The%20company%20will%20generally%20and%20unconditionally%20make%20marker%20purchases%20for%20the%20purposes%20of%20Section%20701%20of%20the%202006%20Act.%20All%20ordinary%20shares%20purchased%20shall%20be%20cancelled%20immediately%20upon%20completion%20of%20the%20purchase%20or%20held%2C%20sold%2C%20transferred%20or%20otherwise%20dealt%20with%20as%20treasury%20shares%20in%20accordance%20with%20the%20provisions%20of%20the%202006%20Act.%20The%20plan%20will%20be%20valid%20till%20the%20next%20Annual%20General%20Meeting%20in%202014%20or%20till%20June%2030%2C%202014%2C%20whichever%20is%20earlier.%20As%20of%20March%208%2C%202013%2C%20the%20company%20has%20734%2C629%2C159%20shares%20in%20issue%2C%20of%20which%2016%2C441%2C211%20shares%20were%20held%20as%20treasury%20shares.
