China Precious Metal Resources Holdings Co.,Ltd. reported audited consolidated earnings results and production results for the year ended December 31, 2012. For the year, the company reported EBITDA of HKD 1,131,328,000 against HKD 824,573,000 a year ago. Net debts as on December 31, 2012 were HKD 1,813,241,000 against HKD 1,221,704,000 as at December 31, 2011. Net cash generated from operating activities was HKD 1,000,144,000 against HKD 651,678,000 a year ago. Payment for purchase of fixed assets was HKD 15,915,000 against HKD 22,515,000 a year ago. For the year, the company reported that gold production increased significantly by 42% with 124,000 ounces against 87,000 ounces a year ago. The gold output of Jinxing Mine, Luanling Mine, Mojiang Mine, Hengyi Mine and Yongfeng Mine were 1,407 kg (approximately 45,000 ounces), 1,028 kg (approximately 33,000 ounces), 1,090 kg (approximately 35,000 ounces), 98 kg (approximately 3,000 ounces) and 237 kg (approximately 8,000 ounces) respectively, with 42% growth in the total output compared to the previous year.
