Dan Form Holdings Company Limited announced unaudited consolidated financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2014. For the six months, the company reported revenue of HKD 25,442,000 against HKD 24,059,000 a year ago. Operating profit was HKD 7,502,000 against HKD 31,639,000 a year ago. Profit before income tax was HKD 78,585,000 against HKD 138,192,000 a year ago. Profit for the period was HKD 78,583,000 against HKD 134,106,000 a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings per share were 6.30 cents against 10.75 cents a year ago. The increase in revenue was attributable to an increase of rental income from investment properties. The decrease in profit of HKD 55,523,000 or 41% was mainly due to the decrease in fair value gain of investment properties held by the group and its associates.
