Perception Digital Holdings Limited announced that, with effect from May 15, 2013, Ms. Liu Yee Nee (Ms. Liu) has been appointed as an Executive Director. She has over 25 years experience in the field of accounting and management. She was an executive director of Talent Property Group Limited and resigned on September 2011.

The board of directors of Perception Digital Holdings Limited announced that, with effect from 8 May 2013, Mr. Mung Wai Ming has been appointed as an Executive Director; and Ms. Zhou Jing has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director, member of each of the audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee, and the chairman of the audit committee. Mr. Mung, aged 49, has more than 20 years' experience in property and car park management. He has accumulated extensive concept in the operation management from his operation in different industries. Mr. Mung worked in various industries including property trading, financing, wedding witnesses, club management, car park operation and foot massage etc. Mr. Mung is the chairman of Eli Car Park Ltd. and director of Pure Massage Group Ltd. Ms. Zhou, aged 38, graduated from a university in the PRC with a bachelor's degree majoring in accounting. Ms. Zhou was awarded with Certified Public Accountant qualification in the PRC in 2002.

Perception Digital Holdings Limited announced audited consolidated cash flow results for the year ended December 31, 2012. For the year, the company reported net cash flows used in operating activities of HKD 29,606,603 compared to net cash flow generated from operating activities of HKD 30,638,217 for the same period a year ago. Purchases of items of property, plant and equipment was HKD 2,730,023 compared to HKD 8,006,051 for the same period a year ago.
