The board of directors of Power Assets Holdings Limited announced that Ms. Lil ian Wong Lee Wah has resigned, and Mr. Alex Ng Wai Cheong has been appointed, as company secretary of the company with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting held on 20th May 2013. Mr. Ng is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and in England and Wales.
