Eastern Province Cement Company announced its Annual General Meeting will take place on March 17, 2013, proposed distribution of dividends at SAR 4 per share representing 40% of nominal price with the total distributed dividends amounted to SAR 344 million. The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) at the end of the trading day on which the general assembly is held.
