Anacomp Inc. announced the hiring of technology veteran Scott Winkler as General Manager of its eDiscovery and Litigation Support Division which includes the document review platform, CaseLogistix. The addition of Winkler and other management changes come as Anacomp is seeing increasing demand from law firms and corporations for a broader range of litigation support software and services. Anacomp had recently added eDiscovery expert Chuck Kellner as Vice President of Consulting to lead its expansion of eDiscovery services. Winkler augments the team with significant depth in developing and marketing enterprise-class software aimed at clients who want software deployed on their own premises or hosted as a service.

Anacomp Inc. announced a new agreement with Cohen & Grigsby. The firm has selected CaseLogistix®, Anacomp's litigation support platform, and CaseProduction(TM), the system's production module, to enable its legal teams to quickly collect, organize, review and produce electronically stored information (ESI) and accelerate litigation review processes, reduce costs and mitigate risks. CaseProduction is an intuitive, fast and cost-efficient approach to document production. It offers robust capabilities for native file, image-based or mixed productions, advanced formatting options, image endorsements--such as adding Bates numbering, redactions or confidentiality statements--and rule-based, high-volume metadata export into any format requested by opposing counsel, regulator or administrative body for review.

Anacomp Inc. announced a new strategic relationship with Modus LLC. Under the terms of the agreement, Modus will resell the hosted version of CaseLogistix, Anacomp's litigation support platform, as part of its eDiscovery services, offering its clients the ability to quickly organize, review, analyze and produce digital evidence for more streamlined and accelerated litigation review. As part of the strategic relationship, Modus will serve as a preferred provider of processing and other electronic discovery services as an Anacomp Connected Partner Program reseller and certified services provider.
