On August 27, 2009 the annual general meeting of BoConcept Holding A/S was held. The chairman proposed Michael Skovgaard, attorney-at-law, as chairman of the meeting. BoConcept Holding A/S announced earnings results for the first quarter of fiscal 2010. The company reported revenue was DKK 208.6 million, down 21% on the corresponding period last year. Brand store revenue fell by 18.0% and same-store-sales by 18.3%. Same-store-sales on invoicing have been reduced by 18.3%-same-store-sales on order intake have been reduced by 13% compared to same period last year. The group booked a pre-tax loss of DKK 3.7 million compared with a profit of DKK 13.8 million last year. Cash flow from operating activities was an inflow of DKK 23.0 million, a result of a reduction in tied-up capital. The company provides earnings guidance for the fiscal year 2010. The company expects a cash inflow before installments on non-current debt of approximately DKK 2-3% of revenue.
