The market is quite indifferent with the news that a private equity fund will conduct due diligence. It is learnt that Archer Capital Pty. Ltd. has had a look and is believed to be still interested and Pacific Equity Partners has potential to do the deal.

For the period, the company reported EBITD of AUD 102.9 million, EBIT of AUD 49.6 million, pre tax profit of AUD 7.1 million and profit after tax of AUD 3.7 million or AUD 0.14 per share on sales revenues were AUD 239.4 million against EBITD of AUD 107.1 million, EBIT of AUD 63.0 million, pre tax profit of AUD 30.0 million and profit after tax of AUD 21.3 million or AUD 0.02 per share on sales revenues were AUD 195.8 million for the same period a year ago. The company reported return on equity was 1.3% and return on assets was 0.4% against return on equity was 7.0% and return on assets was 2.4% for the same period a year ago.
