The company announced that it is reducing its dividend from $0.05 per share to $0.02 per share for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009. The dividend will be paid to all shareholders of record as of Nov. 9, 2009, to be paid on or about Nov. 19, 2009. The company announced that the annual dividend will be $0.07 rather than $0.10 per share.
