Robert Half International Inc. announced that its board of directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on December 15, 2009, to all shareholders of record as of November 25, 2009.

Robert Half International Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2009. For the quarter, the company has reported income before income taxes of $17.4 million, net income of $9.5 million and net income available to common stockholders of $9 million or $0.06 per diluted share on net service revenues of $725.9 million compared to income before income taxes of $110.2 million, net income of $65.8 million and net income available to common stockholders of $63.8 million or $0.42 per diluted share on net service revenues of $1.2 billion for the same period last year. Operating income was $17.5 million against $109.5 million and capital expenditures were $6.8 million against $16.6 million reported last year. For the nine months, the company has reported income before income taxes of $44.3 million, net income of $23.7 million and net income available to common stockholders of $22.1 million or $0.15 per diluted share on net service revenues of $2.3 billion income before income taxes of $352.2 million, net income of $211.2 million and net income available to common stockholders of $205 million or $1.33 per diluted share on net service revenues of $3.6 billion for the same period last year. Operating income was $44.3 million against $349.2 million and capital expenditures was $31 million against $55.5 million reported last year.
