The LexisNexis division provides legal, tax, regulatory, risk management, information analytics, and business information solutions aligned to the workflow of law firms, business, and government customers. The Reed Exhibitions division organizes various events, including exhibitions, conferences, and congresses serving the aerospace and aviation, automobiles, broadcasting, building and construction, electronics, energy, oil and gas, engineering, manufacturing, environment, food service and hospitality, gifts, healthcare, interior design, information technology and telecommunications, jewellery, life science and pharmaceuticals, machinery, medical education, printing and graphics, property and real estate, security and safety, and sports and recreation industries. The Reed Business Information division provides information and marketing solutions to business and industry professionals. The company was founded in 1894 and is based in London, the United Kingdom.
