Its Intelligent Systems Management product line is designed to help service providers and enterprises reduce downtime for converged voice and data networks. The company’s Intelligent Service Level Management (iSLM) enables service providers and enterprises to proactively manage various environments, including traditional PBXs, IP telephony, IT infrastructure, and application performance. Its iSLM product line consists of IRISnGEN, a centralized management system; and NET-PATH, VQProbe, and NimBUS, which are intelligent remote agents that offer alarm management and service level management solutions. Teltronics, Inc. also provides OmniWorks, a windows client-server based multi-media customer contact and management system used by enterprise operations for receiving or launching various telephone calls. In addition, the company offers switching systems, including the Cerato family of products that provide hybrid and IP solutions supporting small, medium, and large enterprises with one or multiple locations for various industries, including service providers, utilities, manufacturing, retail, government, education, healthcare, and financial institutions. Further, it offers electronic manufacturing services, including design and test ability reviews, turnkey material procurement and management, automated through-hole or surface mount circuit board assembly, in-circuit and functional test, and final mechanical integration for companies in the telecommunications, industrial control, test and measurement, and other computer-related industries. The company has operations in the United Kingdom. Teltronics, Inc. was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Palmetto, Florida.
