For the year, the company posted a net profit of EUR 508,000 ($802,000) for 2007 compared to EUR 1.1 million ($1.7 million) for the previous year, it was reported on March 27, 2008. The company generated a revenue of EUR 57.5 million ($90.8 million) compared to EUR 70.9 million ($112 million). The company's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization including non-recurrent expenses related to IPO and internal reorganization costs of EUR 1.2 million ($1.9 million), stood at EUR 6.0 million ($9.5 million) compared to EUR 5.4 million ($8.5 million). The earnings before interest and tax (EBIT), including non-recurrent expenses, totaled EUR 3.1 million ($4.9 million), a 6.4% increase. The revenue decrease was due to a different organization of the pharmaceuticals distribution on behalf of Teva Pharma Italia. If the distribution operations are not considered, the revenue of Bouty rose by some 8.4%.
