The company also offers monosilane that is used for Si-centered film deposition for semiconductor and amorphous silicon deposition upon glass plate for TFT-LCD, as well as for anti-reflection coating of solar cells; and tungsten hexafluoride that is used in semiconductor production process. In addition, it provides dichlorosilane, a gas used for film deposition containing Si and epitaxial silicon deposition. The company was formerly known as Sodiff Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. and changed its name to OCI Materials Co., Ltd. in July 2010. OCI Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Youngju, South Korea.
