Oullim Security, Inc. may bid to acquire a 36.8% stake in NexG Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A081970) from Nuri Telecom Co. Ltd. Dong-hyuk Park, Chief Executive Officer of Oullim Group, confirm that the company would make a bid for the stake, according to a report in Etnews. Nuri Telecom put their stake up for sale earlier and has mandated Woori Investment & Securities as the financial advisor of the stake sale.
