The Board of Directors of Crocodile Garments Limited announced that Mr. Kwok Siu Man has resigned as company secretary of the company with effect from March 14, 2013. The Board also announced that Mr. Ko Ming Kin has been appointed Company with effect from March 14, 2013. Mr. Ko first joined the Company as the financial controller between 2007 and 2010.
