First Pacific Plans To Take Over Roxas

First Pacific Company Ltd. (SEHK:142) is planning to take over Roxas Holdings Inc. (PSE:ROX). First Pacific, headed by Manuel Pangilinan plans to do so before the end of the year, 2014. Manuel Pangilinan said in a recent interview First Pacific aimed to consolidate ownership in Roxas by raising its stake to more than 50% from the current 34%.
