The average selling price for November 2014 was RMB 8,749 per square meter. The group and its joint ventures achieved an accumulated contracted sales amount of approximately RMB 10.181 billion for the eleven months ended 30 November 2014, which remained in line with that of last year. The group and its joint ventures achieved an accumulated contracted sales area of 1,112,001 square meters for the eleven months ended 30 November 2014, representing a year-on-year increase of 16%. The average selling price for the eleven months ended 30 November 2014 was RMB 9,156 per square meter.

Average sales price hit CNY 10,846 per square meter. For the eight months, the company reported that contractual sales values were CNY 7.247 billion and 79 hectares, rising 4% and 34%. Average sales price hit CNY 9,167 per square meter.

China SCE Property Holdings Limited reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended June 30, 2014. For the period, the company reported revenue was RMB 2,148,488,000 against RMB 3,722,512,000 a year ago. Profit before tax was RMB 761,588,000 against RMB 1,123,031,000 a year ago. Profit for the period was RMB 444,337,000 against RMB 606,932,000 a year ago. Profit attributable to Owners of the parent was RMB 314,601,000 or 9.2 cents per basic and diluted share against RMB 498,310,000 or 14.6 cents per basic and diluted share a year ago. The revenue decreased by approximately 42.3% which was attributable to the significant decrease in property sales income. Profit attributable to owners of the parent decreased by approximately 36.9% which was mainly attributable to the decrease in revenue.
