Ltd. announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 14, 2013, has recommended payment of Dividend at 8% on the paid-up share capital of the Company (INR 0.80 per equity shares of INR 10 each) for the financial year 2012-13. The dividend, if declared, shall be paid within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting.
