Net cash generated from operating activities was £226.8 million compared to £143.4 million in the same period last year. The board has decided to pay an interim dividend of 6.0 pence per share, an increase of 36% on the 2012 interim payment. This increase is consistent with objective of paying a progressive level of dividend each year. The interim dividend will be paid on June 13, 2013 to shareholders on the register at May 10, 2013.
